Engineering
We can provide CAD drawings or files of assemblies, as well as components using the latest technology with solid works. We also do lateral critical and torsional analysis on drivelines as requested by our customers, assuring a correct driveshaft selection for the application.

Now you can download the latest version of the solid works viewer and be able to view and markup drawings even when you're off line. To download the program just hit open when the dialog box appears and we'll install it for you. Then you will be able to download all our drawings and save them on your computer to mark up as you like and sent them to us for a quote.
Manufacturing
Prop Shaft Supply assembles, welds and balances drivelines to strict SAE standards. We also manufacture and distribute Quality CNC components for standard applications as well as specialty items like flanges, yokes and adapter plates. We offer complete services including assembly, welding, balancing, turning, milling, hobbing, broaching, grinding, painting, heat treating and packaging.

We understand the need for custom parts, we have the tools to take care of all your powertrain needs. Communication is the key to our getting the right part to you as soon as possible. You will notice that our phone number is on the bottom of every page of this web site, you will be able to talk to a real person that knows about your project. But just to help the communication with a jump start we have Create-a-Part. Give us your dimensions and a way to get a hold of you and our engineers will be able to get started right away designing your new part. Create-a-Part isn't so much about manufacturing as it is about communication and how together, we can get the job done. The more we know about your project, the faster we can Create-a-Part.
Quality Assurance
Our Quality Plan is ISO 9001-2000 certified and we will supply uncontrolled copies on request. Incoming materials are inspected as well as final products. We only use vendors that meet our standards and monitor their performance.
